I recently purchased a very nice low miles 99 RT10. On my first trip the gremlins came out and bit me. Got locked out of the car due to alarm module failure and the passenger side window crapped out. I called DC and told them the story and asked them to step up and cover the issues even though the warranty had expired. The car has just over 7k on it and these items, in my opinion should be covered on such a low mile vehicle. Well much to my pleasure, DC agreed and picked up the $800+ tab. Then the window motor that was replaced did not work correctly and needed to be replaced, again. The only way to get it before our planned trip departure was overnight which was $70. Again DC stepped up and picked up the tab. I just want to say to Dodge Corp.-right on boys for taking care of the one who brung ya!! Very impressive to see a big company going the extra mile to keep the marguee models buyers happy. Thank you for doing it right DC, you made a good friend by being honorable in your dealings.
