We arent in Houston, but we can get the job done quickly, correctly, and on the first try, haha.
We can send a crate for the engine, and ship it back upon completion. Turn around time for stock rebuilds is generally <30 days pending available parts. Custom build lead times can be quoted based on parts content.
Viper Race Engines and Forced Induction Engines are one of our primary focuses at this point. From ACR-X engines that actually stay together, to USGT-U and USTT-U engines [NARRA/VRL], to 1500 horsepower Twin Turbo engines, all the way to a simple stock rebuild, we have you covered.

Don't use Nelson Competition...it took them 4 months to rebuild my stock motor. Two weeks later, the same thing happened. It's now been another 5 months for a heads/cam rebuild and I STILL don't have my motor back.
I had Morgan @ Tomball Dodge remove my ACRX engine and send it back to Arrow Racing (they sent a crate) to rebuild it last fall. They did a great job and turnaround time was roughly a month. To explore this option, call Nathan at Tomball (service writer) and visit with him about your specific situation.
Who knows, depending on what happened, you might get lucky with a partial warranty (or not)!

In Houston area, Tomball Dodge for sure. Late Model Engines built the forged engine in my Viper, they are on the west side of Houston. But, they wouldn't be the place to do stock rebuilds.
