They are the plastic pieces that are installed around the inside door handles. Anyone have any ideas ? I bought new ones and they are still difficult to install. They keep falling off.

I took them off completely. POS plastic.
I have seen some nice aluminum bezels, at least Zero Altitude Flight sells them.

I have some of those aluminum bezels for sale, PM me if interested. The reason they are falling off is that the tangs or hooks have broken from the back of the bezel. There is a large screw behind the bezel holding part of the door panel, I drilled a hole directly where that screw is on the bezel and used that screw to hold it im place.
