E-Brake Boot and Shift Boot Leather Q

My e-brake and shifter boot leathers are looking pretty tired. Does anyone know if:

1. There is a good product on the market to treat them and bring them back to life?

2. A generic replacement or aftermarket part?

3. If those two fail, the number for the Wizard? (just kidding I have that on speed dial).

Try Lexol leather conditioner. Also, I'm sure Zaino has something for leather.
