Ehaust system

Redoing my exhaust system on my 94 viper. I was wondering what is the largest
diameter muffler and cat that will fit on a gen 1. Has anyone put larger then stock and if any problems. I'd like to use the orginal heat shields if I can.

if you mean inlet and outlet...don't go more than 3 inch. AS far as the muffler diameter, I have found 6 inches to be the biggest that the side sills will support with heat sheild.
