know everbody whether the engine hood from the GEN IV on the GEN III fits ?

If you are referring to the 08 hood, it does fit the gen 3 cars.

Hey Jeff, any major or noticeable differences in the 08 hood and the new 08-like hood you are making? Is your lighter?

Ours is lighter, and yes there are some very noticable differences.
