[Due to the limitation of the number of pictures that can be added to one post, we've had to continue from the previous Escanaba post here . . .]
Then we took a brisk cruise along River Road from the zoo to the marina owned by members Kieth and Shelly Boye. The curves and wonderful waterfront scenery are always the most enjoyable drive of the event. When we arrived at the marina Frank demonstrated the correct procedure for turning in a Viper . . .

The weather turned a little brisk at the marina, but we had a great time nevertheless.
After enjoying tons of shrimp and our favorite beverages at the marina we headed to downtown Menominee to eat at Berg's Landing on the lakefront.
The food was good and the company was better!
Following dinner we cruised back along Lake Michigan to the Fairgrounds in Escanaba so that Steve could claim the trophy for the highest horsepower on the dyno run.
This was the THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR that a Viper has won the dyno run -- much to the delight of our membership and the frustration of other car brand supporters!
Steve and Sue brought the hardware back to the motel for the big victory party.
The whole gang celebrated and mapped their strategy for who was going to defend the title next year.
We partied long into the night and then ended the weekend with a super breakfast at Delona's Restaurant. We left town with our trademark signature!
What a terrific and fun three days! Many thanks to Steve and Sue Nelson for organizing the whole thing again this year, to Kieth and Shelly Boye for hosting us at the marina, and to that outstanding team of Buddy and Carrie DeYoung at the zoo.
Bring your Viper and join us next year for our 11th annual Krusin Klassics Fun Run. You'll smile all the way!
