Well due to inclement weather in CA, I have only be able to put about 35 miles on my Yellow (no stripes) ACR. Just sold my 98 Silver GTS.
Here is what I noticed:
1)Yellow Viper emblem has NO "scales". Don't know why..
2) Air breather tube is now a flex tube, not a solid tube.
3) I like the Power mirrors and interior brushed silver accents my 98 didn't have.
4) Yellow ACRs have lots of silver accents on the outside: ACR badging, BBS wheels, gas cap, rear center brake light snake, silver ACR stitching on harnesses, etc.. With all the silver accents, why does Dodge only offer BLACK stripes? If they had offered Silver, I would have done it in a heartbeat. Wow what a great combo that would have been.
5)Oh yeah, the brakes....
I haven't had a chance to really test them yet, but I can CERTAINLY tell a difference around town. Brakes are much more grabby, pedal feel is more firm than my 98 GTS even with Stainless Steel lines. Slight pedal pressure=lots of brake power. In fact, around my house, I found myself coming to a stop about 6 feet in front of the stop sign at the end of my block. LOTS OF GRAB.

The ACR suspension was set from factory very stiff. VERY STIFF. In fact, when I come out of my driveway at an angle to aviod scuffing the underside of the nose, I noticed that my right front wheel and left rear wheel come about 6 inches off the ground! My car was actually rocking back and forth on the 2 wheels left on the ground like a pendulum. BUt nonetheless, I really love it!
BTW-
I LOVE THE YELLOW COLOR. My wife refers to it as 'French's Mustard', but it doesn't bother me one bit.
