Hi Everyone,

Production of the 1992-1996 RT/10 Supercharger kit is finished. We're now working on sub assembly and packing parts. For those of you with orders, we'll start contacting you as your number comes up to verify pulley size and with or without A/C.
I apologize for the delay in the release. Production of this system turned out to be a much larger job than I expected. Prototyping the one off last year was easy. We redesigned just about everything and added more parts to the kit.
I'll put a picture or two up soon, along with the power graphs and what we recommend doing to the cars, like getting rid of those stock 1.6" ID mufflers. Got to get back to work now.

Regards,
Sean

Sean - Just for the ones who don't know, about how much do they cost and around how long is the wait to get your kit? And finally, for those who would have you do the work ( if possible ) about how long is the turnaround time?

I've seen this kit in person and it looks sharp. Completely different animal than the one for the 96+ GTS.

Here is a dyno page and a couple of pics:

This is the front drive assembly in production form. it's completely different than Gen2. It was a LOT more involved and includes more parts.

Here's the dyno graphs with air fuel (the lean one was stock). This car is a 1993 RT/10 with about 30K mi. It has, smooth tubes and filters (only in the stock pull). In later development and testing, we added 1.7 rockers (Harland Sharp), removed the cats and muffler (replaced with one LONG muffler) and bored the stock throttle bodies to an even 2.36" (they were 2.36" at the inlet, but were 2.13" at the outlet side).
The Supercharged pulls are with the standard 5D program card. The difference is 6.5 psi, 8 psi and 10 psi. The engine would make more power with headers and 3" exhaust, but has stock manifolds, flex pipe, etc. 65mm TB's would help also.

Here's a picture of some custom paint work we offer. It's $50 extra to have the tubes and airbox powdercoated a custom color. Bright silver is standard. Ceramic coated is a $100 option and Chrome is $500.

We commited to selling the first kits at the same price as the Gen 2 kit ($7,295 black case, $7,495 polished case), even though there are more parts and wiring harnesses. It includes everything needed except tools and a couple standard garage items (Loctite). The kit features 53 lb/hr low resistance injectors. Should take most people 8-10 hours to install their first. Shops with experience should be able to get it installed in 6 hours.

Regards,
Sean

Or are you linking the throttle bodies now?

Looks sweet, any color for $50 more?

The kit in candy red above is for a Gen2. The tubes and airbox are common between Gen1 and Gen2 kits, but the throttle linkage is not. There are a lot of differences between the two kits, most of which are from the manifold top plate down. Even the manifold itself is different. It has larger ports and bigger bolts.

For powdercoating (not automotive exterior paint), yes, $50 for a different color by request. We've done red, blue, yellow and are having one done that's kind of a black with touches of silver in it for a black w/silver stripe RT/10. The ceramic coater is stopping by tomorrow with custom samples of cobalt blue and red, which should be interesting to see in ceramic coating.

Now that the Gen1 project is finishing up, I will be going back to work on the Gen3 and intercooler projects / production. I have a secretary now, which helps me get a lot more work done in the shop, which is where I need to be to get things done.

Sean
