Gen 2 window switch

I would like to have one as a spare for my 96 gts. Called several dealers including Tators who said they are long gone. I read where they are from a minivan. (What year, model, part number, etc)?
Alternatively, does anyone have one for sale (like new) or a source to buy one? Thanks!
