What if any reprogramming can be done for the Gen I cars?

Dan Cragin has a thread stating that he is now re-programming Gen I computers. First I have seen that being done!

Lauri - I'm getting tired of beating up on Dan's Gen I, but I guess I would not mind showing your the back end of my Gen II (as Dan what it looks like as he is VERY familiar)
