It's real straight forward if you just take your time. It will take a little bit of time to do, and some bolts may be a little harder than others to get to, just be patient.

You can reuse the intake manifold gaskets if you like, but considering the time it takes to R & R the intake manifold, I would replace them. Here is the part number from Mopar.

5037-217AC​
INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKETS, Qty 2 needed​

Ordered them up from Mopar
Strange that the gaskets are sold as an each and not as a pair.

I don't think so - Murphy's Law, screw-up, lost one, etc....sometimes only one is needed. I have fubbed up a gasket in the past and learned what I should have done but it's annoying to buy two when you only need one! :(
