GenIV vs GenV HP

Is a Gen IV with a good set of headers +catback as powerful as a GenV? Would seem very close.

The Gen 4 and Gen 5 motors are very similar - the extra 40 HP comes from the combination of slightly larger intake lobe on the cam (I think they also changed the installed centerline), more aggressive tune allowed by the forged pistons, and the composite intake manifold (which will bolt on to a Gen 4 provided you address the fasteners).

Considering a Gen 4 with headers can do this:

I'd say a Gen 4 with only headers/exhaust should be a little ahead of a stock Gen 5.
