Griots Pneumatic oil/liquid extractor

saw this device in griots catalog. pretty cool. is it safe? anyone ever use something like this? i just did oil and psf yesterday and this wouldve saved a bit of time and mess.

If it is from Griot's, it is good and will work. I would be curious if it removes all the oil. Griot's is just down the road from me, and I go there to pick up various products (no shipping-you know).
You must still get under the car and remove the oil filter, and fight that. If you use a pick, and/or a screwdriver and pock a hole in the oil filter in a place where it will drain straight down, then remove, the mess is greatly reduced.

The only messy part is the oil filter. No mess with the drainplug. I don't see how this would help much....

I own this device. I use it primarily to change the oil in my motorcycles, and it does a great job. Doesn't work in the Viper, only will get about 3 quarts.
