I took my Viper GTS to Jay Wolfe Dodge in Lee's Summit, MO. Watched them from a distance at every moment except when I ran next door to get some take out breakfast. They never had less than 3 mechanics at my car and had 4 most of the time. They took extremely good care of my car and I made sure they knew I was very happy. I watched two men hold the hood as the 3rd removed the mounting bolts. Then the 4th man guided the 3 as they moved around the side of the car and placed the hood on 4 rolled up cotton fender covers. After the hood was reinstalled, they even wiped down the hood and checked the fitment.
Now that is the service I expect from any dealership for any of my cars. If you live in the KC area and need a good shop to do work, these are the guys. They have 2 Viper techs there.
Oh and btw, my hood can be placed in any position and it will stay open. I am a happy man.
