Hanscom AFB, Red RT/10.. Anyone know who?

I was at work today and went outside to make a phone call and as I was standing there from the distance, I saw a red RT/10 drive through the entrance. So i quickly managed to snap a photo with my cell phone. I work over at Hanscom Air Force Base in the Lexington/Bedford part of Massachusetts and thought I was the only Viper on base, but apparently not! Does anyone know who this might be?

Probably some young whipper snapper Airman.
