Yes. It sux on Gen2's. Gen 3's have reported success. Forced Induction it caused me to blow an engine. Do a search and contact Mjorgenson @ woodhouse if you want one as he's the viper expert on them. he and i disagree on the value of them but he's had strong success with Gen3's. I don't think there are _any_ gen2 success stories.

I have had the Racelogic system since January. It was installed by Woodhouse. It is a race traction control system. As such it is adjustable. The launch feature can be programmed to the settings you desire. The traction control feature can be programmed to the settings you desire. Slippage can be zero to 25 percent or you can shut the system off. I do not use the launch feature because I am old school and prefer to use my natural abilities. I have the slippage set at 14%. At that level it has not interfered with anything I have wanted to do. One of the attractive parts about the Racelogic system is that it has five levels of cut out. It starts off at a very subtle, almost undetected level. in other words, unlike the TC that comes with the usual OEM ESP package, Race Logic does not shut you down. It just helps you out.

You might ask why I got it. I got it because I had heard quite a bit about it and wanted to try it and see if it had value. I also discussed it with a number of people who had experience with it. I now have determined that it has value. It is reliable, simple to operate, and, at least for me, is used to help eliminate the rear end kicking out when the car, for some reason, accelerates in an aggressive manner. FYI: My Viper is a supercharged '06 SRTC with Motons, Eibachs, Corsa cat back exhaust, '08 tranny, diff and tires, swing arm CC oil pan, Woodhouse/MGW performance shift mechanism under the shift lever and the DC Performance blower program. It is a certified Woodhouse Performance Edition Viper.

One more very important thing. If you are goung to get it, have Woodhouse install it. It is a tricky installation and they are the U.S. distributor.
