Head Gasket Question

I'm looking into getting a 94 Viper and don't want to even think about the head gasket issue. I was wondering if anyone knows how much it's going to cost with parts and labor, someone mentioned the kit was $750. Also, does anyone know a place near Newburgh, NY that is reputable for this type of work? Thanks for all your help.

i just had the gaskets replaced on my 94 a couple of weeks ago. With labor, it was $1951.

Buy the parts yourself. Try getting them from Arrow and ask for Todd. It isnt a hard job to do. Make sure you have a machine shop to resurface the heads.(not with a sanding belt) Good luck!

Buy the kit from Tator, check the heads according to Service Manual, might not need to be resurfaced.

Frank, It's not fair that you only live one hour from Tator. You never have to worry about getting something done right.
