Header issues with cats

On my 2004 if i add headers do i have to lose the cats as it wont pass emmisions without them?

I have headers & 3" hi flo's on my 04, passed Ontario test before being shipped to New Brunswick

I think you have to lose at least one set of cats from what I understand. Pretty sure all the headers out there are long tube style, so unless you run a really short muffler you just don't have the space to keep all 4 factory ones.
