headlight/taillight lens at 14 years cloudy

Before I go and buy some product at Walmart to clear this problem up.......what can someone tell me what I should use to clear up these lens?

For the headlights I just used the 3M Headlight kit. It
requires a good cordless drill, and takes a little bit of
patience, but its a far cheaper option than replacing.
