Help on Exhaust leak

I have a small exhaust leak on my GTS. It has the 98 and up style factory tube manifolds(headers) Anyway, it is leaking where the exhaust pipe goes into the manifold. Is the clamp the only thing to keep it from leaking or is there some sort of gasket? TIA

Is that part number a Dodge part#? If not, where do I get it from?
