White 2004 was my first choice but had to "settle" for a yellow 2005. Best thing that ever happened. I would never consider another color for any future Vipers.
Losing a car over 1500, being too cheap? I think not, you have the cash its a buyers market just be sure your talking to the owner or their right hand person of the dealership.
There will always be a car unless your balls out for a "commemorative edition 100 made claim to fame" I would leave the 53.5 on the table with my number and move on.
