I was wondering what the best HID kit is to get for my 2000 Rt-10. I also want them for my fog lamps to.

Sean used to sell a headlight kit. The fog lamps are separate and you can buy several replacement bulbs. Just be careful with the Kelvin if you don't change the wiring.
