High Idle

What would cause a high idle on a 99 GTS? It is idling around 1500 rpms. Also, it seems to be hesitating sometimes when cruising along at about 2500 rpms.

(Doesn't matter if A/C is on or off.)

JonB,

The air line that is connected to the airbox was disconnected! I reconnected it, and the hesitation at around 2500 rpms went away, and the idle seems to have returned to normal.

Mine does it while stopped around 2000 RPM, not all the time but enough to bug me.
