Hi, here follows my opinion;

1) where can you buy springs and what are the specs for the springs if i want it to handle like an ACR
-->I would go with Eibach, drops 0.75 front and 1" rear.

2) do the shocks have to be replaced as well for the shorter springs? can the shocks be damadged with shorter springs?
-->No, but depending on milage and year of your Viper, could it be a good choice to revalve them, about 100USD each.

3) Does the ACR ride any lower than a stock GTS?
-->Don't know, probably.

4) and lastly, do the sway bars do a good enough job for max street performance or should they be replaced as well?
-->Street...YES!

I second it,"Eibach" from John B.(parts rack).Car looks and handles like it should.$325.+- and 1/2 day in shop to install($200-300)+$150.alignment(back to stock specs).Improves everything.

Coincidently, BOTH these guys, from SWEDEN and PALESTINE, er, um Palatine got their Eibachs thru PartsRack and helped their ride, and hi-rider look.

Gimme a shout? Thanks
