How do you physically pass NY inspection with a B&B Exhaust?

I recently put on a 3" B&B Exhaust. I went for an inspection last week and the exhaust hose does not fit over the tail pipe. Not only are the pipes bigger, they are welded together so you can get the hose on just one pipe, like you can with stock.

So how is it done?

I would try to find another inspection station (Tators Dodge). I have never been hassled about immissions, a visual inspection is usually all they do.

There is no problem getting them Inspected up here w/big exhausts! I must do 40-50 each year. Sounds like you station does not have all of the adapters!

I think your right Chuck. I called the shop and they said, "They make adapters?"

Hey, just looks like another justification to go to Tators for annual mods with the inspection!!!
