How do you remove center console-speaker holder thingy magigy?

Yeah I have no idea what you call it, but the rear center console that holds the two 6 1/2" speakers?

I got new speakers and I need to take that peice off to put the new speakers in. Just dont want to break anything so I thought I would ask first.

Remove the seats 1st. Easy as pie after that

Damn the seats have to come out to put in some new speakers? I need to run new speaker wire as well so i guess that will make it easier
