I hear if you buy one SRT-10 you get another one for FREE!
Why don't you go back to staring at the poster on your wall of some old 450 hp Viper that you fantasize you will be able to own someday.
I think that was your response to his comment...or was it towards me?
Anyway, I didn't think anyone was flaming me but I may be wrong.
I would lease a Viper because I can buy one cheap and residuals are high...meaning a lease would be very attractive.
Also, it would be my daily driver and I would put about 18k miles/year...and buying it....would make it 2 years old with 36k miles and hard to sell..and they already aren't too great when it comes to resale so instead of being upside down...I would break even at worse.
Also, as you can see by my sig, I do not keep cars long at all, mainly because I find a buyer when resale is at it's peak, sell it, then get a new one. As long as you're in a car that has high resale. SRT-10s don't have great resale becaus ethey can be had for invoice...so as long as residuals are high for a lease, it's a good thing to take advantage of especially if you can buy the car cheap, like you can a Viper. I would lease it for 2 years, which would be longer than any car I have owned but I would know at worst I would break even, and not be upside down unless I went over on miles.
So, that's why I would lease a Viper.
Thanks for all the comments and replies everyone!
