How to assign a market value to this GTS in Northern California

I may be interested in this car, but don't know how to valuate it. What is the market value of it?

• Any opinions?
• Anybody seen this car first hand?
• It's also a Canadian car with running lights and Km/h speedo. Any issues registering that in the US.?
• What about getting work done on it at one of the remaining Dodge dealerships?
• Anything else I should consider?

Performance upgrades don't usually get but $.10-$.20 on the dollar, unfortunately. Mid 40's.

I've seen it at DC Performance, it's got some serious work done to it. Talk to Dan, he knows the car well. I'd say forget about any dealer working on it. In fact forgive me for saying this, but if you would consider taking a car like this to the dealer, your in way over your head.
