I got these 2 codes from my ODB II Reader...Need advise!

Here are the 2 codes I got

P1389
P0132

I know one say about misfiring and the other is the O2 Sensor I think. Something with high voltage.

The only thing I noticed is that after driving it on and off about 6 times last Sunday, I was in the drive through in McDonalds and it felt like she wanted to stall, so I kept revving her up. Also, I've been noticing when I accellerate at low RPM in 1st and maybe 2nd gear, she hesitates and gargles a little until I go faster around maybe 35-40mph, then she drives beautiful. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks. I cleared both my codes and they didn't come back, so does that mean it was a fluke? Will the codes come back right away if it was a serious problem?

P1389 is No Z1 or Z2 voltage sensed when the auto shutdown relay (ASD)is energized and PO132 is Oxygen sensor 1/1 input voltage maintained above normal operating range.

The ASD looks for crank rotation then allows spark and fuel. That does not seem to be related systemically to the O2 sensor code. The O2 sensor code is a hard code and would light the service engine light/ I don't believe the 1380 code would actuate the light, it could have been there previously.
