So I was thinking that washing the cars during the summer is a hell of a lot easier then washing them in the winter here in chicago.
So this begs this question... with salts on our roads and wet slushy areas I have to drive through to get back home. (Given that I have to use a car wash in Chicago, as washing a car in condo parking lot during winter is WAY stupid, given that the water is going to turn to ice and create a significant liability.)
So I wash the car, get it home, but then I want to remove whatever LITTLE crap got on the car between my washing of it at the car wash, and getting it home to my garage.
I also like to do the cleaning in my garage as its HEATED
Can I use something like windex to just clean whatever trival amount of dust or salts that got on my car ?? Kind of like how you would do the windshield, but I do the small areas around the wheel wells and maybe the front facia?
I also want to wax the car too, so I HAVE to get it perfectly clean before I start applying Zaino.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS, washing the car IN the garage would be a great solution, but that would get water all over the dry wall, and also most of my tools.. lol..
THANKS!!
Jon
