I love this car!! Today was the first time I really got to go drive it around for no other reason than get some attention (I've only had it 6 weeks). I spent 3 hours driving around and loved every minute of it.

BTW-I sent my first payment check in and property tax payment and needed a little reminder of why I'm donating this much money to a car. No regrets here!!!!!!! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I agree. I have had this car for about 2 months and it is a blast to drive. Except for the fact that the battery has left me stranded twice now. New one in the mail.

Congrats!

As long as you drive the car, you'll NEVER worry about the $$! Step on the gas, and you'll wonder why you waited so long to buy one! :2tu:

It's great to see a guy love his Viper.
Why can't we have songs about Vipers? Where are the beach Boys when you need them?
I'd learn guitar, just to sing to my little Graphite GTS; "6-spd, fuel injection, posi-traction, 488".

Thanks guys! :2tu:

It was just nice to have a great day to drive around. End of this month I'm taking a road trip to NC. So some miles will be put on the car.

There already are a few songs about the Viper... "Ballbreaker", "Big Gun", "Wild Horses", "Inject The Venom", "Rollin'", "Drift And Die", "Livin' On The Edge"... to name a few...

There were some more, I think "Smoke On The Racetrack", "Saturday Night's Alright (For Driving)", "I Still Got Your Face Painted On My Hood", "Vipers Of The World United", "Eye Of The Viper"... << But not sure about those.

I know what you mean! I bought my car late last year so I didn’t get to really enjoy the true power and presence that the Viper represents. But since the weather has turned nice I have been in the car almost every day. I feel like I just got my license and I'm free again. :D

Sometimes I'm a little tired of the attention.
Last weekend I pulled into an interstate reststop just as three schoolbuses were unloading highschoolers. Was a little more attention than I needed or wanted. Probably not a lot of millionaire 36-yr-old 5'10" female blonde attorneys doing much rubbernecking because of my car.

Graphite GTS:

Doesn't work anyway. I married a good looking 5' 10" blonde attorney, and she's not a millionaire, and she doesn't like my Viper.

I'm keeping them both!!

 :usa: :p

Driving a Viper is like no other feeling in the world. I love going to car shows with my friends and they have corvettes.YUCK! But everybody ALWAYS looks at my car and not at there's, it is to funny! I wonder why, they only make about a million of those things a year and you see them all over the place unlike a Viper. Have fun with the ride.

It goes with the territory. Shy people should NEVER buy a Viper. Shy people can buy a Corvette and blend in just nicely. You can now get a nice C5 for only 20,000. Amazing!!!

This Friday I'm driving to Raleigh, NC from Washington DC. Let me know if my route happens to pass through any of you guys.

P.S. If you see a Red Viper GTS and a guy driving with a stupid looking cowboy hat on and a hawaiian shirt, that would be me!
