I need the true story on 2002

I am trying to decide between 2001 and 2002.

Can you guys tell me if there will be a 2002 GTS or not?

Definetely will have a 2002 GTS. It will be the last of the GTS's for a while. Grab one while you can! Good deals on '01 are everywhere. The only difference with the 2002 is color. Graphite,yellow, and red for 2002. Good luck.
