That's definitely not OE. Looks like the front clips are gone, but I can't quite make it out.

Not AutoForm. Looks more like a Northwind and they can prob help with hardware replacement. Although i'd be cautious of the '92-'02 statement the gen I tops have different mounting clips(system) than gen II and not sure how/if the windows(electric) of the '97 and later work with early model tops.

I think the differences between GenI/II are with the mounting hardware only, so it probably does fit both.

Northwind. I think they only made them for gen 1 but I'm not sure.

Good deal but after you factor in the price of the hardware, it really isn't. The problem is VERY expensive to replace, not to mention a pain in the butt to find. I was quoted $500 a latch from the dealer and that was TATORS!!! I called Northwind, Tators, other dodge dealers, X2, and many other sites and no one had them.

The underside does not look like a Northwind....... At least not the carbon fiber version.
