I'd like to install power mirrors on my 97. I have seen the Snake Oyl kit but I'd like to compare prices before I buy.

I have the Dodge part numbers for the mirrors and switch:

Driver's Side: 04854277AC
Passenger Side: 04854276AC
Switch: 04854270AA

The only part I can't find is the wiring harness. Is the harness integrated into the door harness and/or dash harness? Are the harnesses available and does anyone have the part numbers? Worst case scenario I can make my own harnesses but I'd like to know what is available first.

I'd also like to install the electric hatch release. Again, I have the latch/release part number (05017672AA) but not the harness and/or switch. If I can't get the stock parts, I will just install a simple button or momentary switch in the glove box.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I haven't seen a wiring harness for a '97 but I think you're better off getting the kit from Snake Oyl. It would be great if you could post your installation process.

I've tried aftermarket trunk releases which were junk. I ended up getting the Snake Oyl kit which was a little expensive but a very well made part and easy to install.
