The car is bought originaly in the north midwest, car travels to another owner on the upper west coast, then car travels to another owner on the lower west coast?
Rare cars can be bounced around a bit. It could also indicate that the car was in very good condition warranting a long distance purchase and subsequent shipping costs. So don't look at it as strictly negative.
My ACR went from Austin TX, to Dallas TX, to Nebraska, to Southern California.

Similar deal with mine. Many prospective Viper owners want a specific color. or year, or mileage and are willing to go anywhere to get it once they get fed up with waiting for the perfect deal to be available nearby !!! (Describes my situation.)
My Viper had one prior owner. He was in Nevada. He traded the Viper in for an F430 at Naples Motor Sports in FL. Then I purchased it from Naples. Nevada->Florida->CT. I remember some of the car fax reports I ran for the Vipers I was looking into at the time. Some of these Vipers traveled the U.S. more than I did! Just do the research and check for stories.
