Does it use the OE hood hinge system?

More importantly, howTF will I paint the vents if they're molded in?

They’re molded in on purpose to discourage people from painting them white.

The hood cap looks really messed up on that car. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the hood or any adjustment problem but I've never seen one like that.
