Yesterday, I had Eibachs installed onto my 1993 RT. They are fantastic! Not only does the car handle like Formula 1 -- it looks incredible! The wheel gap has been eliminated altogether. And better yet, last night I road tested it over many nasty road bumps around Philadelphia, around Wilmington, around Baltimore, around DC. Not once did I scrape or hit bottom. Not once! Like many others, I was extremely hesitant about the Eibachs. But now I am so happy that I did get them.

Sean and Becky Roe understand friendly customer service as good as any vendor I have dealt with. I am extremely impressed with them and thank them for being nice people.

TNT Vipers has yet to return my $5000 for parts they never sent me. This all began on August 5. TNT Vipers gave me so many excuses. I still gave them a chance after each one. Unfortunately, after the middle of September, I never heard from TNT Vipers again. They will not return my phone calls or e-mails.

I have filed a law suit at the Harris County Justice of the Peace of Houston. One day I hope to see my money again. I deserve my $5000 because I worked long hours for it. I separated from active duty in 2001 and from inactive ready reserves this year. I do not say this to receive special attention. But is not disappointing when any American is dishonest with another? I never did anything against TNT Vipers, other than trust them and give them my business. I guess some people have no courage. Rather gutless.

I'd lower my car if my driveway wasnt so steep. I do good not to scrape at the end of it now. I remember reading about your probs with TNT. Good luck getting your money back. I was ripped off by Savannah Dodge (in Savannah, GA) but only for about $300. I think we need a complaint section where we can post who the ripoff artists are. The Viper tax is bad enough, but just being straight conmen is CRIMINAL and should be treated as such.

Yes, I had a four wheel alignment done after it was lowered.

Other than this, my 1993 RT is bone stock -- and I love it. It looks so incredible lowered with no wheel gap. I could not be happier with the result. And I am amazed that, after the extensive road test last night, the car never once touched bottom or scraped. Not once! And I hit some nasty spots! I love this car. I would not trade it for any super-exotic in the world.

Also, I prefer not having ABS. In fact, now when I drive a car with ABS, and have to hit the brakes, I feel like the car is refusing to do what I want. I prefer to have full control. Just one chef in the kitchen. I do not need a computer making decisions based soley on logic, when human instict and intuition may be of better use.
