K&N- what holes??

How do I tell if my K&N is set up correctly

whats the fix??

It's the two holes by the throttle body. Looking at the engine, the one on the right should be a 1/4" hole and the one on the left should be a 1/2" hole. I had to drill my left side out to 1/2". It wasn't even close to that.
