Will it destroy my 02 sensors right away or will they last a while? I am only running it through my direct port nitrous side. What are my options if I want to run a wideband? Do I need to replace these every so often or what?

I don't think it kills the O2 sensors that quickly, but does the catalysts.

Your O2 sensors will not be happy about the leaded fuel at all. Hard to say how long they will last cause your not running it straight. I can say personally after running 50 or so gallons of C16 through mine they gave me fits. It took me a good 6 months to run that much fuel through it but you could see the lead build up on the sensors.
