As I mentioned in the thread on the General Discussions area ( http://www.viperclub.org/menus/index_global.asp?url=http://vca1.viperclub.org/cgi-bin/ubb-cgi/Ultimate.cgi ), our primary goals were to develop a package that can be used in any environment (street, autocross, road race, dragstrip, etc..) reliably and safely without sacrificing every day drivability. In addition, we wanted to make the power on MOTOR ONLY using 91 Octane! No adders.
As I evaluated what performance results other reputable tuners had made through superchargers and naturally aspirated configurations, I concentrated on achieving the best possible power and torque ACROSS THE ENTIRE RPM RANGE! I noticed that some packages made fantastic peak numbers, but average peak and torque are what win in races!!! In the end, we decided to 'sacrifice' some peak numbers in order to preserve the best average torque and power. As you will see soon, the numbers speak for themselves.
