The worst part about any type of modification like that is waiting for it to be done.

Its like going to an expensive French restaurant. By the time the food comes you are so incredibly hungry it tastes that much better.

Where in the heck are all the French restaurants in "Amarillo" anyway? I must have missed a major attraction.

When I grew up in Houston, my parents used to take us to Brennan's Restaurant. It's south of downtown. It used to be incredibly slow. This was back in the early 70's. They used to tell us, that it makes the food taste that much better just to shut us up.

There used to be a place here in Amarillo named Masion Blanche. I guess you could call it French. Its now called Marty's. I wouldn't exactly call it haute cusine.

Biggest thing I miss about not living in Houston are the restaurants.

Alas, at least here I have a Viper.
