LM Edition Viper PRORACR spotted in Commerce, MI

[Motor City Mad Man]

I spotted a LM Edition Viper GTS with license plate PRORACR parked at the Commerce 14 movie theater in Commerce Township, Michigan around 7:30 PM tonight. It had a wing and is white with the cool red and blue "ribbons" painted on it. Does anyone know who this belongs to or if they frequent this board? Are they a member of the Motor City Viper Club? I think I have seen pictures of this special edition Viper in magazines before, and I think I saw one at the Woodward Dreamcruise last year too. How many of these Vipers were made and what year were they made?

I'm not sure but I think that is a car built by Hillsdale Dodge. I saw the one they did at VOI 5 in Vegas.
