Location of ground cables

Hello

I have a problem with my -97 GTS. I seem to have forgotten to mount one of the engine ground cables. The cable is marked with a "C". I have found the "D" cable coming from the alternator, but where does this cable go?
(And where are the "A" and "B" cables located?)

I´ve got the green manual (-98) but i cant find any groundcable location at all. Any help would be very appreciated.

My friend says that he replaced the cable from another car, so my assumption that the cables are marked a-d could be wrong.
Should there only be one groundcable from the engine?
