Ever get the desire to just buy something?

I think I want to buy an 01-02 ACR. I'll be keeping my Gen 3, but if I can find the right deal on an 01/02 ACR (any color combo as long as it HAS FACTORY original stripes)I'll buy one.

As a consolation prize, if I can't, I'd at least like to buy a set of ACR rims and put them on my car and pretend my 06 coupe is an ACR ;-), so make me an offer on your ACR rims if ya have a set you want to sell.

Good luck trying to find a complete set of ACR wheels. I don't think i could ever part with mine.

If it weren't for the fact that they are such an integral part of having an ACR, I'd sell mine to fund a nice set of aftermarkets. But their rarity and uniqueness makes them impossible to sell, even if they're just sitting in storage.

I asked, he said he keeps those for "Insurance claim repairs" So he must get a premium for them individually, and rather sell them that way, then a complete set at a discount. Poor me

Not that I saw. There was one the other day, but not on there today. Its was a reman, and it sold. No center cap no valve stem (which is unquie to the ACRs).

Wouldn't surprise me if he sees $1000-1500 per wheel under insurance
claim. So if money is no object you can easily get a set. Check with
Paul Scharf - he's the one who found mine. X2 builders had an ACR last
time I checked - wouldn't
hurt to drop them a line either.

I have a friend with a wrecked ACR - I'll check to see if his set is
avalible though I wouldn't hold your breath.

lol, im guessing thats some kinda joke I dont get. But those stickers they put on the car are called Maronie stickers, that tell you who the car was built for, and what all the options and prices are for it. Is that cartoon characters name Maronie or something?

Seriously, great color choice for the ACR. Since I have a new 06 coupe in viper slate perl and silver stripes, I dont want 2 cars that look that close to each other, because everyone will just think its the same car.
