master cylinder bore size

Anyone have the bore size dimensions for the master cylinder for a 98 GTS?
Is a larger master cylinder required for putting the SRT-10 calipers on the car?
Ever since I've switched to the SRT-10 calipers the pedal travel is lower before the brakes engage.

Gen 1/2 non-ABS MC = 27mm
Gen 2 ABS MC = 39mm
Gen 3 ABS MC = 39mm (but different plastic reservoir)

I think Big Brake Dave will tell you that the newer MC fits on the earlier cars. The lines may have to be re-bent since I believe they come out the other side?

There are calipers that work well with the non-ABS master cylinder
