This is your reminder of the upcoming Meguiar's Detail Day Event!!!

Important: If you have signed up and cannot attend, please email me ASAP! I have a long list of VCA members on a waiting list for this event, who would love to attend the event.
What to expect: The class starts @ 9:00 am sharp. You might want to take a few notes on proper application/product procedure for future reference. (Topics to be covered will include Polisher Speeds, Types of Compound Polishes, etc).
-I know that some members have expressed that they may need to leave after this part. That is fine.
-The rest who want to buff out their cars can expect a fairly long day. With 4 or 5 guys working on a car, however, we will polish them quick!
-Even if the weather isn't that great, you still will want to buff out your cars to get rid of the swirls. The event goes on, rain or shine. They have Service Bays in the event of rain or bad weather.
What you need to do to prepare yourself & your Viper, BEFORE you arrive, (if you want to polish it that day):
-Wear comfortable clothes, tee-shirt, sweats, etc., in case you spill/splatter something that may ruin them
-Vacuum Viper interior and carpets
-Wash Viper BEFORE the event. You don't have to strip the wax. The cleaners used to buff the cars will do that. There is no car wash on site. For those coming a long way, bring your car dusters and quick-detailers, and we will wipe the Vipers down from 8:30-9:00 am. We want to make them as dust and dirt-free as possible.
-Meguiar's will provide all towels, polish products, etc.
-Clean wheels and tires too!
-Bring what ever you need to remove your license plates! (This is, If you like to detail every nook and cranny!)
-You can try every product Meguiar's makes! Tire dressings, interior products, and of course, exterior products
as well.
-'92-'96 RT/10 guys, bring your windows! They have a great plastic polish!

P.S. For those of you coming from down South, there is a great time to be had if you wish to meet at 7:00am at the Crystal Cove Shopping Center on PCH in Newport Coast. As most of you know, there is a HUGE car show held there every Saturday morning, with lots of exotic/antique/muscle cars to see! You will need to leave this morning car show by 8:15-8:20 am in order to make it to the Meguiar's Detail Day on time.
