Anyone use these on Vipers? Any other car they are used for?

Will these fit on a '01 stock rim? Are they compatible with Pilot Sport rears?

They definitely fit on a 01 stock rim and are a little wider that protects the rim. But, I don't know if it would be an issue to mix Pilot xgtz with Pilot Sports.
