I am showing a shorted condition in this circuit, idle air? Is there a specific appurtenance under the hood I could start the trace at? I don't have a wiring diagram.

I have hood & front fascia removed, on jack stands with wheels off looking for loose wires.

Anyone know?

Look next to the right throttle body - small black object with a 4 prong connector attached to it.
Basically it is a solenoid plunger with 2 wiring circuits(2 wires each) to
position the plunger that controls the air that deverts the throttle blades.

The connections on the PCM are A19 A10 A11 and A20
A19 and A20 are one circuit
and A10 and A11 are the other circuit.
A19 - GY/RD wire
A10 YL/BK
A11 BR/WT
A20 VT/BK

The PCM cannot detect an open circuit or a stuck motor, so that at least
narrows your search a little. Pull the connector and clean it - if that
doen't work - check for a shorted wire between the motor and PCM.
