The email-address of the hotel from where I received confirmation for my reservation
doesnt work - comes back with a "permanent error".

On the website of the hotel there is no email address - just a 800 phone number.
800' numbers do not work from Europe.

The contact page does not work either (FireFox and Internet Explorer)...

Please, who knows a valid email address of the hotel - I need to change my reservation for one night.

Have you tried their Contact Us form?

1. I just tried mine and it comes up with no problems.
   The fax might work for you if it's just a change of dates if can't get through.

Why do they have no valid email address?
